Mindstretchers Continues to Grow

MS logo (2)Mindstretchers, the leading UK training consultancy focusing on early years through nature pedagogy, has continued its growth and development with the addition of seven new associate trainers to the global training company in the UK, as well as welcoming eight new associate trainers in Australia.

MindstretchersDelivering over 40 courses and workshops, together with seminars, study tours, conferences and bespoke sessions in settings all over the globe, Claire Warden, award winning lecturer and CEO of Mindstretchers Ltd is delighted to welcome new members to her strong and growing team. She explained, “In order to successfully deliver, maintain and develop a UK and global training programme, relies upon Mindstretchers having a network of licensed and associate trainers.”

The new additions will expand training provision in the Midlands and South East of England and the Welsh Borders. A total of seven associate trainers have been appointed across the UK, which brings a total of 10 Associate and 3 Licensed Trainers throughout the country.

Claire continued, “This network continues to deliver a common understanding which supports early years training and nature pedagogy, providing a range of affordable training options supported by industry credible expertise and experience.”

Joining as Associate Trainer in West Sussex is Shirley Mead. With over 30 years’ experience in early years education in a variety of roles including Reception Class Teacher, Deputy Head, Nursery Owner, Learning Support Team and Early Years Quality Advisor for West Sussex County Council, and most recently, Head of Pre-Prep, Shirley is dedicated to creating the best outcomes for children.

She commented, “As an energetic and positive person I am committed to helping others aim high and develop professionally, to draw the best possible practice from all staff in a setting. I am delighted to join the team at Mindstretchers and join them in their approach to delivering inspiration through skills, knowledge and products.”

As well as these UK based additions, Mindstretchers was pleased to announce the appointment of eight additional associate trainers in Australia who will help and support in meeting the demand of the launch of the new Nature Pedagogy course in Australia.

writing (2)As part of this, Claire Warden is looking ahead to her Australian tour next month, in which she will provide training and workshops as part of a 6 day course that will give skills and knowledge of working with children inside, outside and beyond. This will see the respected and education leader visit all States and Territories, except the Northern Territory, where she will be delivering a keynote speech in October this year.
