A must-see for all Judy Garland fans, Judy – The Songbook of Judy Garland is a new song and dance spectacular featuring the legendary star’s greatest hits and it comes to Eastbourne’s Congress Theatre from Wednesday 19th to Saturday 22nd August.
This production, which recently had its UK premiere, includes songs from Judy’s popular film back-catalogue such as I Got Rhythm, The Trolley Song, The Man That Got Away, Get Happy, Zing! Went The Strings Of My Heart, and the song synonymous with Judy Garland, Over The Rainbow.
The audience will also have the rare opportunity to view never-before-see film clips and interviews of the star.
Acclaimed choreographer and former Strictly Come Dancing judge Arlene Phillips is the Creative Director of the show, which is the only production of its kind authorised by the Judy Garland Estate.
West End musical theatre stars Ray Quinn (Dancing On Ice, Legally Blonde) and Louise Dearman (Wicked, Evita), pictured above, together with Rachel Stanley (Annie, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang), lead the talented cast in this dazzling song and dance extravaganza.
