By gracious permission of Brighton & Hove Council,

pets and their owners are cordially invited to come for a blessing and celebrate the joy of animal companionship with Central Brighton Churches Together in honour of St Francis of Assisi (patron saint of animals and the environment, founded the Franciscan Order) who encouraged us to love our "animal brothers and sisters in creation".

Accompanied by the Salvation Army Band a short service of favourite hymns at 2.30pm will be followed with the opportunity to have pets blessed by ministers from various central Brighton churches - Anglicans, Methodists, Catholics - all coming together to give thanks and celebrate the loyalty and love of all creatures, great and small! Please ensure pets are suitably presented on leashes or in cages as may be appropriate or bring a photo of your favourite pet! For more information visit www.churchestogether.webs.com or ring 01273 774889. ALL WELCOME!
