Local eco-architecture firm Koru Architects launches new website

Koru Architects, a small independent architecture practice in Hove that specialises in sustainable low-carbon design, has today announced the launch of their
completely redesigned website at www.koruarchitects.co.uk.

The move is part of a wider strategy to grow the company and diversify into new sectors, which has
included the creation of two jobs for local young people.

Tegan Sonvico Christov, a recent graduate of the University of Brighton, was taken on as an intern in January and progressed into a permanent role as Marketing Officer in March. Issi Rousseva was hired as an additional Architect at the beginning of March, having completed the postgraduate course
Management, Practice and Law in Architecture (RIBA Part 3) at the University of Brighton in 2015.

The new website is a complete redesign, with lots of additional content and a sleeker more professional aesthetic. Featuring an extensive project gallery, client testimonials, a news blog, the option to sign up
for an e-newsletter, the new mobile-friendly site is content rich, while the original one was minimalist and lacking interactivity.

Mark Pellent, the director of Koru Architects, said: “I wanted our new website to offer a richer user experience, be mobile responsive and highlight our diverse portfolio of work, our unique approach to
projects and our commitment to sustainable design”.

He added: “The new website launch coincides with our plans for growth and diversification into other sectors and will enable more potential clients to benefit from our services.”
