As part of its brand new Moving Stories initiative, Sussex based South Link is calling out to the county’s charities to get in touch for a chance to have their goods distributed for free.
The freight and logistics company will transport any items that can fit on a pallet, so whether a charity needs items moving across Sussex, from one end of the country to another, or to the site of a large fundraising event, South Link would like to hear about it.
Karl Reidy, South Link Co-founder, commented:
“Our new Moving Stories initiative is all about South Link giving something back to the many worthwhile charities in the local area that do fantastic work. Transporting goods from one place to another can be a cost that charities struggle to cover, particularly those that support projects all over the country, so we would like to step in and help for free.”
To apply for support from South Link, charities from across Sussex simply need to get in contact with details of the items that need transporting, where they need to be sent to and how South Link’s help would be of benefit to them. Emails can be sent to SouthLink@pmwcom.co.uk or a letter can be posted to South Link Moving Stories, c/o PMW Communications, Stane Court, Stane Street, Billingshurst, West Sussex, RH14 9HP. The deadline for applying is Sunday 23rd April 2017.
South Link is unable to transport chemicals or hazardous goods and the free transportation of items is only open to registered charities. Visit www.southlink.co.uk for full terms and conditions.
