Seaford Town Council, in the light of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, have delayed the installation of eight seasonal short-term rental beach huts
SEAFORD, 16th March 2020 – In light of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Seaford Town Council has delayed the installation of the seasonal West View Beach Huts until the 1st June at the earliest.
The Huts were to be reinstalled on Seaford’s popular promenade adjacent to Frankie’s Beach Café. These short-term (daily and weekly) rental huts were installed for the first time in 2019, for the summer season, and were an instant hit with locals and visitors alike.
The Town Council has not taken this decision lightly and will continue to monitor the latest information concerning Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the hope of possibly installing these highly demanded huts later in the year.
Those that have already made bookings will be contacted with information about postponing/cancelling bookings. If you have any questions or concerns about a current booking, please contact:
Seaford Tourist Information Centre
37 Church Street, Seaford

The popular West View Concession Beach Huts will still be installed and hope to be trading to the public between 1st April and 30th September 2020.
The Town Council continues to run the “Best of Seaford” Photography Competition, where the first prize is to win a West View Beach Hut for the day.
