People can now chat with estate agency teams simply by scanning a QR code in the branch window, meaning when offices are likely to be closed due to coronavirus customers will still be able to immediately make contact. Simple branch window scan enables customers to chat online immediately.
The innovative service has been launched by 24/7 fully-managed live chat provider Yomdel. Estate agents have been issued with window cards to remind customers that they can be reached night and day simply by scanning the code which immediately connects them to a live chat operator.
“The awful situation with coronavirus is hitting all businesses right now, and estate agents are really suffering as they rely on human contact,” said Yomdel founder Andy Soloman.
“When they have to close their offices due to fear of sickness or even due to government orders, a passing customer will still be able to make an enquiry,” he added.
