Revealed: Brighton & Hove Is One Of UK’s Fittest Cities During Lockdown

New research reveals the cities in the UK that are working out at home the most and the workouts that are most popular, as the nation adjusts their exercise routines during lockdown.

PureGym conducted the research by analysing recent Google search data from the UK for a range of home workout related terms. According to the data, it’s Liverpudlians that are currently searching the most for home workouts, followed by those in Plymouth, Bristol and Manchester. When it comes to the North-South divide, the North comes out on top – with the South contributing only three of the top 10 cities.
