Katrina is an expert in people, culture and creating great places to work for everyone. For over 15 years, as an employment lawyer, she’s worked in diversity and inclusion in financial services, infrastructure and the legal profession; leading national talent, diversity and leadership portfolios. A ‘people person’ with a serious commercial spine, Katriina understands what it takes to make real, sustainable change happen. Her pivot into HR came when she decided to turn up the volume on diversity and inclusion, as a critical area she wanted to shine the light on. As the CEO and Founder of A-HA, A Human Agency, Katriina works with many businesses and their teams, touching the lives of many employees with her human-first approach to policies, structures, and business growth strategies.
Katriina’s goal is to build inclusive workplaces, helping them help them build workplaces where people and profits thrived side by side. Knowing that the success of a business truly hinges on the heath and wellbeing of its team, Katriina leads the way in her industry believing HR can and should be done differently.
