Natalie Farrell joins the team at The Sussex Newspaper

Natalie began her career as a singer and vocal coach working for many years in London and teaching in Kent and Sussex. At the age of 33, she changed her career to realise her business and personal aspirations to inspire people to be the healthiest versions of themselves. She now lives in the south of Spain enjoying the digital nomad lifestyle whilst empowering change makers around the world to embrace the unconventional approach to life and business as they grow and expand beyond their conscious limitations.

She is the founder of Yummy Yoga Girl a UK sustainable yoga wear brand and Cosmic Soul School. With over 15 years of experience in leadership, Natalie’s passion is to elevate solopreneurs who are “searching for something else”, hungry for knowledge and new insights to reconnect and to trust their creative sovereignty.

She is a Bachelor of Music, certified wellbeing coach, yoga and meditation teacher, master neuro-linguistic practitioner, master hypnotherapist, soul activation coach, and author.

Her works have been published by Om Yoga Magazine, Thrive Global, Authority Magazine, Form Fitness, Balance Magazine, and in August 2021 Natalie’s first book Light The Way will be published by The Unbound Press .

Her teachings can be discovered on Wellbeing Radio where she interviews creative leaders across the globe to speak on how to unlock your intuitive mastery and be the creative leader of your own life. She hosts her own podcast  Light The Way, and is a yoga and meditation teacher for mylyslife.
