Peacehaven Community School Year 10 boys football squad overcame National Cup finalists, Hove Park, yesterday in a thrilling 4-2 victory that saw a hat-trick from team captain Kyle Woolven and a final goal from Luke Robinson.
Woolven, who also plays for the Arsenal Elite U15’s squad, terrorised the Park back line all game, with excellent support from the PCS midfield players. Alieu Secka made a series of excellent saves in goal for Peacehaven with the back four having to dig deep at times against strong Park attacks.
Coach, Mr Butterfield, congratulated the whole squad on a true team performance that was testament to their ability, discipline and self-belief.
