The biggest combined homebuilding and home improvement event comes to Sandown Park

For the first time this year, Britain’s largest homebuilding, renovating and home improvement shows are joining forces to attract both self-builders and remodelers.

The inaugural Southern Homebuilding & Renovating and Home Improvement Show will take place in Surrey at Sandown Park from 28-29 June to cater for all projects, tastes and budgets. This year’s event will host over 150 exclusive exhibitors, free seminars and masterclasses, and a wide range of property experts will be on call to provide tips, advice and answers to visitors’ property questions.

As part of a new national educational initiative, The Department of Energy and Climate Change will be hosting seminars at the exhibition to advise visitors on how to take advantage of the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) scheme’s sustainable energy technologies and financial benefits. Planning permission expert, Sally Tagg, will be available at the Planning Clinic for individual 15-minute meetings to guide householders through their planning application, which can be a complicated process.
