The Community Partnership Fund (CPF) supports non-profit voluntary and community groups that work for the benefit of residents in Hastings and St Leonards. Application is now open to these groups for the 2017 – 2019 grant fund.
Following consultation with the community and voluntary sector, Hastings Borough Council has identified five priority areas for the programme.
“The council wishes to prioritise services for the most vulnerable in our community, recognising the need to maintain a basic level of support at a time of public sector cuts” said Cllr Kim Forward the council’s lead member for communities.
She added: “We have identified five broad priority areas with specifications; housing, legal, welfare and debt advice, domestic violence support, advice and support to community organisations, rough sleepers outreach support and advice and support to migrant and newly settled communities. We are now inviting organisations that meet the criteria and specifications to submit applications for funding”.
Please email CPFGrants@hastings.gov.uk for the CPF application form; deadline for applications is 12 noon on 11 November 2016.
