Jacqueline Cripps is new columnist at The Sussex Newspaper

Jacqueline is an author, speaker and consultant. She works internationally with organisations and individuals to help them achieve goals, overcome obstacles and become empowered.  As a ‘millennial translator’ she helps organisations understand millennials to bridge the ‘gap’ between older and younger generations, so workplaces can flourish.

Jacqueline has spent over a decade in the public sector in both Australia and U.K, with a professional background in policing, child protection, investigations, and project management. Her professional experience has also led her into leadership and management roles. She holds qualifications in Psychology, Trauma, Social Sciences and Art Therapy.

As a speaker, Jacqueline delivers customised, captivating, authentic and direct professional insights surrounding a variety of topics around Millennials and generational diversity in the workplace. Having spent years researching and experiencing the complexity of workplaces and how generational differences impact ways of working, performance and overall bottom line, she loves to share what she knows, to create positive change.

Jacqueline has an extensive writing background. In 2017, she published her debut book, #WTF is happening with my life? A guide to getting your sh*t together. The book provides clear-cut guidance for women on how to shift perspective, become empowered and change their lives.  In 2019, Jacqueline published her second book, Smashed Avocado and the Quarter Life Crisis: A Millennial Survival Guide. This book discusses the contemporary issues faced by millennials, offering guidance to readers on how to navigate their lives.

Jacqueline writes regular posts and articles for social media platforms, including her websiteFacebook and LinkedIn profiles. She has also published various articles in Australian, Chinese and UK publications.

Over the past few years, Jacqueline has been invited to present keynotes on millennials and generational diversity at events in Australia, the U.K and Europe. She has appeared on numerous podcast and YouTube interviews, including having created her own podcast series (Covid-19 on Toast) in response to the global pandemic and the need to support millennials.

Jacqueline will be writing a regular column for The Sussex Newspaper starting from next month.
