Hormonal Journey of a Mumpreneur – Let February be the big RESET.
New month, new beginnings and new intentions!
Blast off February with some new intentions and new goals!!
Make time for a reset to help your mental health and wellbeing.
I took some time off from social media to digitally detox after a much needed holiday to rest and recharge.
I travelled just before Christmas and it was a strange and eerie experience as the airport was no where full to capacity as it would have been pre-pandemic. I am glad I took the plunge and had a well deserved rest for my health and postoperative recovery.
We all make those new year resolutions and try our best to stick to them.
But we do fall off the plan at times, and that is ok. Don’t be hard on yourself, be kind to you.
Do not be disheartened. Listen to how you are feeling, be kinder to yourself and believe in yourself that you can do it!
Make February the month to make those resolutions into a routine and part of your day. Why not make it a month of reset!
If you are a visual person like myself, why not set aside time to make a visual mood board of your goals and intentions for February. I am always making mood boards and listing intentions, it is quite nice to look back in a year’s time and reflect on what you have achieved and how hard you have worked on yourself.
Gain inspiration from pinterest, instagram, magazines and role models that you like and admire their morals and values. Cut out and print images that speak to you to help you stay focused and on track. I place my finished mood board somewhere I can see each day for example, I attach to the fridge or bathroom. So each day you can push yourself towards your goals.
Ask yourself ;
How can I put this intention into practice?
Can you buddy up with a friend or colleague to help you stay on track, to encourage and support one another?
Make it a part of your day, before you start work, during your lunch break or after the working day. Be prepared and ready.
