Skye is an Australian-trained nutritionist, passionate whole food cook, health educator. Skye works as the primary nutritionist at Scarbrough Health. She has extensive training in individual, integrative, and public health nutrition. It is due to this distinctive skill set that she is equipped with all the necessary skills to translate evidence-based nutrition into individual and population health advice. The eternal student, she has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Obesity & Weight Management at USW, and a Graduate Certificate of Eating Disorders & Obesity at NIU. She is currently undertaking an MSc/Gradip. program in Sexual and Reproductive Medicine at the University of South Wales which she is due to complete next year. This will enable her to further focus on her work with the influence of dietary behaviours and composition, weight, and their influence on female fertility and hormonal health. In her clinical practice, she supports men and women on their weight management and fertility journeys with a combination of evidence-based diet and lifestyle measures. Her passion is educating and supporting her clients to make positive diet and lifestyle changes to improve their quality of life and achieve their health goals.
