The Invisible Laws

In finding a new life style, I had to release my fears, resentments, and old beliefs. In my early years, growing up in a dysfunctional family of alcoholism and mental illness, I was stuck in the lower vibrations of terror as an emotional three year old. I had no understanding or tools to change, as I did not know there were alternative ways to address life.

Finding the Universal Laws gave me a path for responding in life that was foreign. Removing all negative emotions, attitudes, and behaviors from the past is necessary to replace my disturbing history for a different basis of living. Adapting my life to implement The Universal Laws of love was a huge change for my moving into a healthy life style.

The message in my home was to be seen and not heard because my mother treated me as a Shirley Temple doll. This resulted in my not having feelings and not expressing myself. All my fears and lack of communication stopped my emotional growth into maturity. Fortunately, through my search and new information for a better life, my waking up brought a new awareness.

I was driving down a major street heading for the next town. I was going faster than the speed limit, racing the other cars. This game in my head was a way to feel a sense of power. Surprisingly, an inner message subtly talked to me. “There are other laws beside the speed limits that are not written down and need to be followed”. As I am a curious person, I wondered about which laws they would be. They had to be invisible laws beyond the ones that determine our human lives.

I found a book, “Your Life, Why It Is the Way It Is and What You Can Do About It” by Bruce McArthur. The Universal Laws, I call the laws of love, are explained, fully. When I align with them, I am sending love; I align with the universe. These are the laws exemplified in the parables and stories of Jesus. Through exploring and joining spiritual and metaphysical study groups, I came to understand how they worked. I realized these were the laws about which my inner voice was telling me, years before. They are rarely taught, and mostly concealed in many books without being identified as the laws of love.

As a teacher for spiritual growth and recovery, I realized that people are energy fields and energy moves and vibrates at different levels. Emotions are energy in motion. With real communications and sharing feelings, the energy moves into higher vibrations of love through positive thoughts, words, and behaviors. I can raise my conscience into love from the fear of the past. I describe how to do this in my books at Amazon, especially, “Paradigm Busters Reveal the Real You”. My You Tubes and articles on blogs are about how to raise consciousness.

Albert Einstein understood this when he said. “We cannot solve our problems with the same level of thinking that created them.” I replace the negative for the positive. Substituting thoughts, words, and actions so they function in the universal energy of love makes the difference.

At an elevated affirmative level, my growth can progress as I evolve. Instead of projecting my negative emotions of anger and fear, I release them when applying the universal love from within in which I was created. Rather than projecting my resentments, trauma, guilt, or shame onto others, I am learning to live in the moment. This changed consciousness sends positive energy to others.

There are many Universal Laws; however, there are several that altered my life, quickly. The first law I found is The Law of Cause and Effect. It says that I reap what I sow; if I send self-centered emotions to get what I want, the effect will not be productive at some point. Being selfish is negative energy and has no power. I caused my own problems by staying a victim in fear and being needy in this lower energy. I thought I was a loving mother and wife. Nevertheless, unconsciously I was defending myself to be safe from former childhood abuse. My projected consciousness hid behind my facade of what I was sending out. I had to release my underlying fear, guilt, shame to stop there returning.

After releasing the old emotions, I learned quickly to send loving ideas as well being, prosperity, and health to others. It smooths the path and returns with wonderful feelings. My estranged relationships have mended from continuing this. My attitudes changed to a new motivation. I believe this has also brought my feelings of financial security, abundance, and self-esteem. I feel good about myself.

When my motivation changed to giving from my heart instead of receiving out of neediness, my life improved; it returns in similarity. A popular saying is “What goes around comes around”. Do you offer heartfelt experiences to return?

The next law is the “Law of Attraction”. I wanted a loving relationship instead of the present one of domestic violence. I found myself screaming at God, “I do not want another battering abusive relationship of rape.” I was told by my inside voice this time, to become what I wanted in the other person.

On a spiritual trip to Easter Island, I met a woman who had a wonderful marriage. I asked how she found her husband. She told me she had written out the qualities she wanted in a husband. They met from being on the same committee for the local museum. I went home and wrote my list. I made a list of the five most important things I desired in a new partner. My list was spiritual, honesty, loyal, sincere, and trustworthy.

My innate told me I had to become what I wanted; I will attract what I am. When I move into a mindset and vibration of my desire, it is like a magnet to draw in like vibrations. This lesson was a big one. In the DVD movie, “The Secret”, they forgot to tell people to change yourself to be what you want to attract.

Little by little, I released past emotions, people, and circumstances with forgiveness. Over time, I was changing. Instead of looking for tall, dark, and handsome in a husband, I found I was more interested in the character of the person. I was identifying each characteristic to change in me so I could be more spiritual, honest, loyalty, trustworthy, and sincere. I gradually began developing into a new person through working on me.

I attend a spiritual study group called “Search for God” and realized that there was a fellow member who had these inner qualities. I did attract that fellow a few years later. We have been together in a relationship of unconditional love for 19 years. Changing me was the trick. When something today does not go well, I know to adjust me for a better outcome.

Next month, I will explore more about Universal Laws that work below my conscious mind. Becoming aware of them and bringing them to the surface to shift is the solution. It is said that being willing, open, and honest is “how” life works. I found honesty is my connection to God. Willingness opens the soul for change. Being open makes me available to receive new information. Staying Honest, Open minded, and Willingness is changing my inner life.

My books at Amazon, You Tubes, columns, blog, and other blogs are all about applying the Universal Laws into daily living. Just today, someone mentioned how much I have changed over the past few years. I am available for readings, counseling, and Life Changing Help.
